The Fed Up Retreat, hosted by Brittany Lynn Kriger of The Soul Food Project, is a half-day intensive for women who want to know EXACTLY how they can ditch food confusion, emotional eating, and control re: dieting and their bodies.
This will be an intimate deep dive into your health and the things that have led you to feel FED UP with dieting and food confusion. You’ll be spending the entire day with Brittany and a group of other women who are ready to release the noise, stop the madness, and be shown a better way.
In this workshop, Brittany will be covering the three fundamental areas of health that actually tie to body positivity and dropping food frustration. This won’t be about how to shrink your waistline with a magic pill or how to drop pounds fast with one easy method.
(You’ve more than likely already tried that. And it doesn’t work).
This will be clear direction on the core things you need to be spending your time on EVERY SINGLE DAY so you can shift toward unconscious ease with food, create lasting change, and NOT go back to old habits (i.e. calorie counting, portion control, cleanses, pills, powders, restriction, & deprivation)
Included in the retreat: a yoga practice, integrative nutrition discussion, workbook, group coaching, and a meal catered by MJs Cafe.
Brittany is an anti-diet integrative nutrition health coach specializing in women's hormone health. She is also a Yoga Path instructor and founder of The Soul Food Project, which is devoted to the power of a positive relationship with food and body. Through workshops, yoga, coaching, and speaking, I am passionate about spreading the mantra: "Love the food you eat. Live the life you love. Ditch guilt and regret."

In this 45 minute assessment, Brittany will lead you to uncover what's standing in the way (preventing you from feeling the way you want to feel in your body), and you'll leave with personalized recommendations, recipes, handouts, and lifestyle suggestions.
Brittany Lynn Kriger is the owner and founder of The Soul Food Project, which is devoted to the power of a positive relationship with food and body. Through workshops and one on one coaching, Brittany is passionate about spreading the mantra: "Love the food you eat. Live the life you love. Ditch guilt and regret," and she is here to lead you to a joyous and free relationship to food and your body.
A certified Integrative Nutrition health coach and board certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, Brittany received her yoga training at Yoga Path studying coursework based on the lineage and teachings of Krishnamacharya. This lineage is a therapeutic approach to yoga that integrates the ancient teachings in a modern day application specific to the individual. Brittany is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, and she also holds degrees from Louisiana State University (BID) and Southeast Missouri State University (BFA).
