What is Mysore?
A traditional method of Vinyasa yoga that emphasizes deep breathing to purify the body and mind. It is a deeply personal practice, helps cultivate self-discipline, and will transfer into many other parts of your life.
The series is done in a specific order every time and students are taught one-on-one, learning one to a few poses at a time. “Everyone is at their own place in the series. It’s like getting a private session in a room full of other yogis doing their practice.
