Strength & Balance
Build strength and promote balance while finding ease in the body. Poses and props are used to strengthen healthy alignment for your individual body. Poses are sustained. All Levels.
Poses are sequenced to allow fluid movement from one to the next. This continuous flow of movement lubricates joints, strengthens the body, and improves flexibility. General to Intermediate Level.
A meditative, mindful practice that targets and nourishes the connective tissues of the body through supported poses. Poses are sustained for 3-5 minutes. All Levels.
Yoga for Mobility
This class is specifically geared to exploring and improving range of motion, core strength, and balance. Poses are simple and the class has a gentle pace. All Levels.
Yoga Nidra & Reiki
Relaxing, soothing, nurturing, slow, gentle, and calm. Students are guided through a meditative journey, enhanced by energy healing (optional) and promotes personal growth. All levels.
The Great Yoga Wall provides support to the body, allowing one to gently deepen poses safely while providing gentle traction to the hips, shoulders and spine. All levels. Must reserve by 6 pm the preceding day to attend. No drop ins.
