Upcoming Events in 2024!!



Free Yoga Classes On YouTube from Yoga Path.

Beginning January 1st I will start posting free yoga practice videos on YouTube where I lead you through movements and breathing to help you focus on certain areas of your body. This first round of videos will be short and sweet. 10 minutes long for each video to make it as simple as can be to get yourself on a great self-care routine. These videos will be for all levels. You’ll be able to click on the level for you. As a special populations teacher, its a bit scary to throw out videos when I can’t see who is front of me and I don’t know what is going on with a person’s specific body. This is why I will continue to begin every class with the reminder to honor your body above and beyond the structure of the class.

Looking forward to this new way to reach out and offer what I know with the intention of helping you move your body with strength and ease.

Good Reads

So much is coming your way from Yoga Path in 2024. One of the ethical codes of Yoga is self-study, svadhyaya. For yoga instructors this includes continuing education through classes, trainings, and picking up a book and reading. It also includes teaching. I have learned more through teaching my students and the humility that comes from remembering I myself am always a student as well.

In 2024 I will be adding another page to the site titled “Good Reads”. This will focus on one book a week that I have found inspiring, knowledgable, empowering, insightful, and all of the above. Exercising our brain is good training for aging as well as for getting the most out of our day to day living. I’m open to suggestions from all of you as well, so don’t hesitate to let me in on the books you’d love to share.


Pelvic Health Webinar Series

My latest obsession is studying the pelvic floor. The more I learn, the more I realize I’ve just barely scratched the surface of this amazing topic.

Pelvic floor issues can be felt in the hips, the low back, and, of course, the pelvic floor. When this area of our body is not functioning from a place of health, we can be met with the challenges of conditions such as incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and pain.

Talking about the pelvic floor is scary for some because it is an area of the body that has been shrouded in shame, abuse, and misinformation. My intention is to bring awareness, acceptance, and education in an effort to guide people to the fabulousness of this very vital source of human health and energy.

I will yell it from the rooftops of social media and our newsletter when the link is up and running to sign up for Yoga Path’s first pelvic floor webinar.
